Consider the quality of the calories, and fuel that you ingest;
Try and remove all processed foods from your diet
Base your diet on fresh, colourful, lively fruits and vegetables for snacks and fibre, and as the basis of meals, and add nuts and seeds and omega three fats regularly. Akin to a Mediterranean diet which is nutrient dense and low carbohydrate.
Eliminate sugar, it has a hugely inflammatory effect on the body and gastrointestinal system, and makes your guts really far too friendly for unwanted pathogens to visit and take over.
Try to eliminate drinking calories, and replace fluids day to day with water, as a primary source of refreshment
Lessen your alcohol intake to occasional drinks only
Ensuring an optimal level of key nutrients really helps to fortify and support your immune system health, especially important if your chosen way of eating eliminates large food groups, such as veganism or keto diets etc.

Taking a broad-based multivitamin and multimineral tablet that provides all the daily nutrients at an optimal level, can be really helpful for health. Easier said than done, especially since 2020 has thrown us all a curveball and impacted on all of our day to day lives, and ways of living and coping with life challenges, but chronic stress plays a significant role in the development of most chronic dis-eases impacting wellbeing and health.
EXERCISE AND GET MOVING:Our immune response and all cellular activity within the body is impacted by physical activity and oxygenation, and a regular 30minute burst of activity daily has been shown to boost the bodies ability to fight infection and to enhance immunity.
