CANCELLATIONS
Vibrant Spirit has a minimum 24 hour notice policy for cancellations or to change an appointment. This means that patients who do not give at least 24 hours notice will be charged.
We no longer have a direct-payment arrangement with insurance companies, we ask you to pay at each visit and then put in a claim to your own insurance company.
Private Medical Insurance
Most private medical insurance policies will cover the cost of physiotherapy treatment where it is provided by a physiotherapist who is registered with the Health Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We have this accreditation and status.
To find out about the conditions of your particular medical insurance policy, please contact your insurance company directly. In most cases you are required to obtain prior authorisation and insurance permission for treatment, often via your GP or consultant: and in most cases the doctors are pleased to give their consent.
Privately Insured: Please note that all insurance companies including BUPA/AXA/Simply Health and Prudential and Nuffield Health do not pay for missed sessions. Any missed appointments are subject to the above cancellation policy.
